Job Title: Nursing Home Manager

Kineticais proud to collaborate with an multiple expanding care home groups in their search for a passionate and qualified individual to join their teams as a Nursing Home Manager, based in North Ayrshire. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of their care home groups while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

Role Overview: As the Nursing Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational management of the home and will demonstrate key strengths in the following areas of responsibilities -

  • Vast knowledge of compliance guidelines, action planning, risk management and implementing best practises throughout the home
  • Effective recruitment & retention processes, leading and supporting staff and addressing their development/training needs.
  • Strong business acumen in pursuing new opportunities to contribute to commercial growth of home.
  • Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with local authorities, staff, residents and families.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a home manager, with a proven track record of results.
  • Serves as a role model, leading by example and promoting the company values and good practices.
  • Nurse qualified is desired or have experience in managing Nursing homes.
