Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall day to day running of the Nursing Home.
- Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members.
- Maintaining and keeping occupancy high, agency low and looking after compliance.
- Maintaining ‘Good’ CQC – Achieved 10 months ago.
- To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Active Pin
- Demonstrated longevity.
- Good CQC knowledge (Understanding of the new framework)
- With in 30 – 40 mins from the home.
- Good time and Organisation management.
- Good people skills with a hands-on approach.
- Salary paying: £52,000.
- 35 days holiday
- 40-hour contract
- Medium Nursing home rated 'Good' with CQC
- Fast growing group with lots of room for progression
