• Salary: £30k-£38k + Benefits
• Type: 37 hours per week, Term-time only, Monday-Friday

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Barnstaple.

Role Purpose

To Lead for clinical health and care support for learners, and provide expert support for learners who have health related needs.

Primary Duties

• Monitor and record daily learners on site with medical needs and medication.
• Support learners returning after health-related absences.
• Offer health advice to parents and staff.
• Liaise with parents/carers regarding on-campus health incidents.
• Track learners with personal medication for mood, behaviour, or health needs.
• Collaborate with staff to provide guidance on health care and medication needs.
• Serve as the central point of contact for staff administering medication.
• Working with the Safeguarding Team to manage learners at risk, signpost and facilitate learners accessing external support agencies
  
  

Requirements

• Children's Nursing Degree
• Clinical Experience of working with Children and Adults
• Happy with a Term-Time position
• Strong Communication Skills
• Adaptability and Resourcefulness
• Proactive and Energetic Approach
• Clean DBS history
