Swansea

£44000 per annum

One floor shift only

TH Solutions are currently looking for a UNIT Nurse Manager to help run a 22 bed unit for a care home in Swansea

The home offers support to Residential, Nursing and Dementia care.

As a Unit manager you are in charge of all clinical settings for the Unit , from managing staff and care plans and will be on to step in and support the home manager when needed.

You

  • NMC Registration required.
  • 2 plus years senior nurse OR clinical lead experience in care home settings.
  • Care Plan and Staff Management experience required

On offer

  • £44,000 per annum
  • Mainly working Monday to Friday ( some weekends will be needed as and when)
  • Paid NMC pin renewal
  • Paid breaks and handover
