NQ Trainee Associate/Solicitor

The Role:
- NQ Solicitors or Trainees due to become qualified to join firm. OPEN TO ALL PRACTICE AREAS.
- Good financial management which includes taking responsibility for accurate time recording and billing and achieving annual targets.
- Taking responsibility for your own personal development, ensuring that your technical expertise and interpersonal and soft skills are up-to-date and continually developing
- Working constantly to ensure that the firm, and you as an individual, provide the highest standard of client care and service to all clients of the firm.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
- Team player with a strong client focused approach
- Posses excellent communication skills, who can manage projects and analyse information to provide advice and deliver innovative solutions for our clients.
- Ability to show initiative and find solutions to problems and liaise with the client and its team in overcoming obstacles and achieving project milestones.
