Night Shift Order Picker

We are currently recruiting an Order Picker on behalf of a valued client in Peterlee. This company is a leading supplier of frozen foods, serving customers across the country with top-quality products. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.

Sunday - Thursday 6pm-3am

Candidates must drive or live local due to the finishing time.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking orders according to the pick list
- Packing orders securely and preparing them for delivery
- Conducting inventory checks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Candidate Specifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a cold environment (appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided).
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Good team player who can also work independently.
