Location: [central Leeds ] Hours: Full-time, 4 or 5 days per week

Role Overview: As a Newly Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will have the chance to embark on an exciting journey of growth and development in the field of childcare. We provide full training and professional development opportunities to help you build the skills and confidence needed to excel in your role. Our individual training and mentorship program will support you every step of the way as you transition into your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children's development
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participating in training and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the team to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all children

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to participate in ongoing training
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
