TSR Legal have recently been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Conveyancing Legal Executive to join a friendly and growing firm on the outskirts of Bristol. This role will suit a Chartered Conveyancing Legal Executive . You will be a self-starter and responsible for transactions from instruction through to completion.

The Role


The firm have a strong Conveyancing team within their property department, providing excellent services to their clients. You will take over both an existing and new mixed caseload of varied residential matters where you will be managing your own case load of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, the transfer of equity from instruction through to completion.

About you


The firm are looking for an ambitious, self-motived individual who is confident in running their own caseload with limited supervision. You will have practical experience in conveyancing and excellent communication skills. And the firm offer long term career development opportunities.


Successful candidates will have upwards of 5 years’ conveyancing case handling experience.
