We are seeking a Site Sales Negotiator for our clients new homes development in East Sussex. The ideal candidate will have a property background, possess a blend of interpersonal skills, property experience, and a proactive attitude. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, negotiating sales, and ensuring the smooth administrative process of property transactions. This role offers significant potential for earnings, with an expected on-target earnings (OTE) of £60,000 to £70,000.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential buyers and existing clients.
2.Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate property sales, striving to achieve optimal results for both the buyer and the company.
3.Administrative Tasks: Handle all administrative tasks related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4.Driving Sales: Proactively seek out potential buyers and opportunities to drive sales on the site.
5.Self-Motivation: Demonstrate a self-motivated and proactive approach to achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:
1.Life Experience: Grounded individual with significant life experience dealing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of authority.
2.Property Experience: Previous experience in property sales or a related field is essential.
3.Full Driving Licence: Must hold a valid full driving licence for transportation to and from the site.
4.Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
5.Strong Administrative Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork, contracts, and record-keeping.
6.Availability: Able to work every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, with two consecutive days off during the week.
