My client is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team for an exciting new luxury homes development project. You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the entire sales process and demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the clients product.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our homes and explaining the buying process.
  • Conduct site visits, highlighting unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales transactions.
  • Engage with discerning buyers, providing personalised support.
  • Full sales progression.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to post-sale.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury real estate sales is essential.
  • Passion for luxury living and keen aesthetic sense.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Detail-oriented with knowledge of local market trends.
