Salary: Enjoy a competitive starting salary of £30,000 with the potential to earn up to £35,000 OTE.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the business operates according to the desired contact strategy.
  • Set and maintain performance targets.
  • Conduct regular appraisals and one-to-ones to ensure team members understand their roles and meet performance requirements.
  • Review individual and team stats daily to drive performance and exceed targets.
  • Monitor calls to assess and improve quality across the floor.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in successfully managing teams to targets.
  • Current or recent experience in an outbound call environment.
  • Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to industry changes.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and objection handling.
