A fantastic full-service digital agency with offices in Warwickshire is on the hunt for a New Business Development Manager to join their team permanently.

This is a crucial role for the agency, as you will be responsible for driving the agency's growth by acquiring new clients.

Location: Warwickshire (remote with occasional travel to office)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (plus bonus)

**Must have Digital agency/Media agency business development experience**

  • Confident in your ability to identify potential clients, developing a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • A strong communicator, able to build strong relationships with key decision makers in organisations, to sell in the agencies offerings
  • Happy to deliver several senior meetings per month for the MD and client-lead team to pitch
  • Capable of leasing with the wider teams to develop high-level proposals for potential clients
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Able to identify, organise and attend relevant networking events throughout the year to develop strong relationships
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
