• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining ISP network infrastructure
• Monitoring network performance and addressing issues proactively - Solar Winds & PRTG
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new service deployments
• Conducting network capacity planning and optimization
• Implementing and enforcing network security measures
