We are recruiting for a National Technical Support to join the team of our client who are based in Milton Keynes. The role is part of the technical team and you will provide demos and training on products for refinish stores!

Our client is a world leader in their industry and are dedicated to shaping the market!

We are looking for someone who has worked in a workshop, potentially as a refinish technician and is looking to get into a more commercial role.

Key responsibilities for a National Technical Support

  • Running demonstrations and trials of products for clients to support the commercial teams
  • Visiting existing clients to complete training sessions with them on new and existing products
  • Completing audits of tools and technicians in a bodyshop
  • Ensure all required product information is supplied to incumbent distribution
  • Populate group report monthly
  • Up-sell products where appropriate

Experience and skills for a National Technical Support

  • A solid technical background
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A confident communicator
  • Anaturalmulti-tasker
  • Is trustworthy and takes responsibility for managing deadlines
