Title: Business Development Manager.

Location: Midlands/West region.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

We have an opportunity for an accomplished field sales professional to join the team as a Business Development Manager to further develop our sales.

Business Development Manager role: Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with the branch operations teams you will provide the sales expertise and field-based impetus to help deliver profitable sales growth for our trade counter branches.

You will;

• Approach identified and targeted potential customers to build relationships, introduce our fantastic product range and service offering, to increase the customer base and sales

• Lead on developing sales opportunities with existing key accounts - maximising customer spend by increasing the product ranges supply, reducing dual sourcing

• Support and help develop the branch led sales activity

• A field-based role with extensive travel where you will work across our branch network and visit potential customers within the region Skills & Experience:

• Strong product knowledge of uPVC Windows and doors and a demonstrable track record of field-based sales development success is essential

• Commerciality, drive and passion to achieve, and a genuine customer focus

• First class communication and people skills - you will be able to easily connect with and engage customers using your approachable and consultative approach

• To live within the territory and be comfortable with travel across a large geographical area • You may have experience of the following: BDM, Regional Sales Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Area Sales Representative, Area Manager etc
