The Role

As an Associate in the National Buying department, you will support the buying teams in maintaining all product and contract data records and support the teams in the roll out of the new buying solutions. You will form relationships with IE, UK and International colleagues across all departments

Essential Requirements

  • Proven administration work experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident communicator - both written & oral
  • Organisational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • Right to work in Ireland as this is a hybrid working role
  • Full drivers’ licence (Valid for IE use)
  • Availability to begin role within two months of application


Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a buying department
  • Additional computer training or certification would be desirable
