Multi trader

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled multi trader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skilled tasks, including painting, tiling, plastering, and minor repair work
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, and appliances
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multi trader, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
