We are currently recruiting for a number of Building Services Technicians based in Catcliffe. 

Duties will include:

• The scope of work includes repair, maintenance and improvements, this would include PPM (planned preventative maintenance) works, reactive maintenance works & small project works on a large public sector site
• Interact with the supervisory team on a day-to-day basis and assist in ensuring all work is carried out in an efficient, cost effective, transparent and safe manner to the highest achievable standard
• Responsible for ensuring that all associated paperwork issued in conjunction with the job/project is completed and returned to the appropriate supervisor for processing

Essential skills / qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a building services related discipline
• Proven experience of previous building services work
