Responsibilities of a Moulding Setter:

• Responsible for setting and operating of moulding machines within your section to achieve the best processing conditions.
• Assisting in completing orders on time and at the correct quality and cost.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of development and production processes.
• Identify and arrange the repairing of defective equipment.
• Maintain departmental records and reports.
• Provide support when required to tool design function and production.
• Deputise for assistant manager when required.
• Help assist and develop colleagues within the department when required.
• Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations.
• Rotating shift pattern 19:00 to 07:00: Week A - Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun, Week B - Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat, Sun.
