Capio Recruitment are currently working with a highly respected Mortgage & Protection broker based within Northampton on an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Technical Assistant to join their growing team.

The firm provides advice across Mortgage, Equity Release, and Insurance advice, and have grown considerably over the last few years. They are a forward-thinking firm of genuinely good people who provide a premium level of service to their clients.

This role will be working directly with one of the advisers within the firm and responsibilities would cover being the first point of contact for clients, advisers and providers, carrying out research, submitting applications and general support to the adviser.

Our client has an amazing office space based within the South of Northampton, and all team members have access to onsite parking, flexible working hours and hybrid working.

The Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working within a mortgage role
  • Experience in supporting an adviser on a 1 to 1 basis
  • CeMAP qualified is preferrable
  • Experienced in managing a high case load
