Mortgage & Protection Advisor/Trainee Financial Planner - OTE 55k to 80k - Basic salary and commission structure

We are looking for self-motivated, hard-working mortgage and protection advisers to support our existing and new clients in all these areas. We are keen to speak to those who are experienced and also those who are new to the industry and want to work with a whole of market proposition. We would particularly like to speak to those looking to become Diploma qualified and develop into a Financial Planner role in the years ahead.

As a practice we work with a variety of clients offering full service financial planning. This means your clients will have support from other team members should they need advice in areas that you do not practice along with administrative and paraplanning support.

With a fully equipped office available to work from and see clients if required, a, the ability to offer products and services from the whole of market, a structured personal development plan and a straight forward financial remuneration structure this opportunity would suit an advisor looking to grow the number of clients they work with whilst developing their own skill set and knowledge or an established adviser looking for a supportive environment in which to continue to nurture their existing client base.

• Flexible working, work from home or work from our Wirral office - it’s up to you! We value work/life balance and just require one-three days a week (depending on role) in the office to spend time as a team.

• Estate agency Mortgage leads and lead sources to grow and nurture will be provided.
• Financial and non-financial support offered to obtain further professional qualifications including the ability to develop into a Qualified Financial Planner which will be funded by the company.
