BDM Recruitment is looking for a talented and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a consortium of leading estate agencies in the thriving Havering, Essex area. About the Role:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients across several successful estate agencies in Havering, with access to the whole mortgage market and a panel of top life providers.
• Receive a consistent flow of pre-qualified leads, specialising in properties ranging from starter homes to high-value properties (up to £700k).
• Proactively build your client base by utilising the agencies' extensive databases to offer remortgage services and ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
• Earn a competitive base salary of £25,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) with uncapped commission and bonuses, offering a total earning potential of £65,000+ per year.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• CeMAP qualified with a strong understanding of mortgages and protection products.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving licence.
