Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a talented and motivated Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join our established and award-winning client. As a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers secure their financial needs and be responsible for providing expert advice on second charge mortgages.

This is a unique opportunity to join an industry-leading financial brokerage. Our client is a highly established and reputable financial lending platform, we work with some of the most prestigious and growing financial institutions globally.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assessing customers' applications and delivering high-quality recommendations tailored to customer needs and circumstances,
• Provide expert advice on second-charge mortgage options to our customers, utilising the client’s distinctive in-house software.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and lender criteria to provide informed guidance to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed throughout the process.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our exceptional team of case managers to support our customers' applications.

What we expect from you:

• CeMAP 1 qualified as a minimum whilst working towards 2&3, and 2 years of sales experience.
• A performance-driven mindset, taking accountability for your targets that drive the right outcomes for our customers whilst taking our business forward.
• You’ll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Basic salary of up to £33k + uncapped bonus earnings. Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home). 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. Salary sacrifice pension scheme.
