Position:Mortgage Adviser - New Builds Specialist
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in mortgage advising
Location: Office-based
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (some weekends are required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, specialising in new build properties.
  • Utilise provided leads to generate business opportunities and cross sales.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £30,000 per annum.
  • OTE in excess of £50,000.
  • Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with new builds is beneficial but not necessary.
