We are currently looking for an organised and detail-orientated Mortgage Administrator to join our client's team in Wirral.

This position offers career growth, an excellent basic salary along with a great working environment. Our clients are seeking a Mortgage Administrator with previous experience within a rapidly growing business.

Working hours:

  • Full Time
  • Monday – Friday 9 – 5:30

The successful Mortgage Administrator will be offered:

  • Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 (dependant on experience)

Mortgage Administrator requirements:

  • Experience working in a Mortgage Administrator role
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Initiative to get the job done.
  • Excellent administrative Skills
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent attention to detail    

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Administrator:

  • Liaising with clients in relation to required documentation & processes
  • Completing the online fact find with the client documentation
  • Completing ID checks and running any relevant property reports.
  • Supporting advisers package cases correctly
  • Speaking to lenders/solicitors & updating clients with their applications
  • Processing any client fees
  • Generating amended suitability letters where required
  • Supporting clients from submission to completion of their mortgage
