Job Title: Debt Recovery Field Agent

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 OTE

The Role

On a daily basis you will be driving to people's homes to discuss and make payment arrangements with arrears customers. Customer service is key to the success of this role.

The Salary and Benefits Package

• £24,000 basic starting salary (paid monthly)
• £3,600 per annum car allowance (paid monthly)

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driving License
• Full time use of a car or van
• Business use vehicle Insurance
• Available to work 7.5 hours per day between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday
• Available to work between 9am and 4pm Saturday (occasionally)
• Be prepared to work alone or as a team, indoors and outdoors
• Excellent standard of spoken English
• Prepared to work outside in all weather
• Confidence, reliable and organised
• Professional and able to use your own initiative
