Mobile Fabric technician

Position: Mobile Fabric Technician/ Engineer

Location: Covering an area from Cambridge to Milton Keynes

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 plus travel time and package

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer for a full time permanent position covering a region that includes an area from Cambridge to Milton Keynes

This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance mainly for offices across the region.

They will be dealing with carpentry, basic plumbing, painting & decorating, patch plastering as well as compliance checks that include water flushing, legionella testing and alarm checks

The right person for this position will be based in a commutable location to the above areas. They need to be holding a level 2 qualifications in either carpentry, plumbing or decorating. The carpentry qualification is preferred.

This is a mobile position, so we do require full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Must have commercial maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be holiday a level 2 qualification, preferably in carpentry but we are opento others
• Based in or around the above locations
• Must have experience in doing water checks and compliance
