We are currently on the lookout for a Mobile Engineer (Multi - Trade) in Islington.

The Role:

• Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Carry out installation and commissioning of equipment and fixtures as needed.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors to ensure clear and effective coordination of work activities.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients and colleagues as required.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer or Multi-Trade Technician, preferably in a facilities management or building services environment.
• Proficiency in multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, or Carpentry.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Islington area.
