Meter Project Administrator

Redhill (Office based)

Our client is a long-established international energy management consultancy working with large, multi-site Industrial & Commercial clients. They are seeking a bright outgoing enthusiastic individual for their internal administration team .

An integral part of our operations team supporting their senior administrators & consultant team. They are looking for a Change of Tenancy - Metering administrator. The Role will involve the following tasks:

  • Handling of Change of Tenancy (COT) services
  • Report on task progress
  • Coordinate Gas/NHH AMR installs, providing monthly updates
  • Project manage/support Meter installs
  • Owning the liaison and performance management of metering COT process.

Skills required:

  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Coordination - ability to handle the administration of regular client information
  • Generate and maintain regular weekly reports
  • Organised - able to manage large amounts of information
  • Keen eye for detail - ability to handle and review detailed information
  • Organisation skills - the ability to prioritise workflows and responsibilities
  • Competence in MS Office - Excel (essential), ability to sort, filter and manipulate data into template reports essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ideally experience within the Energy markets, understanding of energy/water industry would be of advantage but not essential
  • On the job training in our systems will be provided
