We are recruiting for a not-for-profit membership body who supports the publishing industry and ensures that authors can continue to create. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic administrator with excellent data handling and customer service skills. You will act as a first point of contact for members as well as making sure that all databases containing information on members' published works, journals and visual arts are up to date and accurate, and undertaking desk research projects.

You will be joining a small, friendly team who are all extremely enthusiastic about what they do, and working out of their new offices in central London two days per week (three days remotely). Excellent training and development opportunities will be provided. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience and will be confident handling high volumes of data. Strong Excel skills and previous experience using CRM will be key.
