The Greenwhich Peninsula is one of Europe's largest redevelopment schemes, with a wide variety of amenities available already there is still plenty more to come. Currently there is a mixture of both residential and commercial units alongside bars, cafes, and much more. This role is focused within what's called the "Design District".

The Design District is a section of the peninsula dedicated to businesses that operate within the creative industries. The working spaces on offer are far beyond what we call traditional offices spaces, set between 14 units each building has been made architecturally different and offer plenty of collaborations between the businesses that operate here. The spaces available range from pottery studios, tattoo studios, music studios, art areas and plenty more. When creating the Design District there was one goal in mind, and this was to create a permanent home for the creative industries.

This specific role focuses on the sale of memberships across the two "Co-Working" buildings. Both buildings set across 9 floors and each offer their own unique spaces. Memberships are tiered offering something for every business: Fixed Desks, Hot Desks, Studios and Serviced Floors… Your role is to work alongside the marketing, events and senior leadership teams to produce more membership sales within the co working buildings.

Day to day roles of a membership associate would be to generate leads, host viewings of the developments, agree membership plans, and account manage existing clients.

The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence across the Peninsula. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus a performance-based bonus structure in place providing OTE's of up to £60,000. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks Monday to Friday.
