An exciting opportunity is available for a Private Medical Receptionist to join the Front of House team at a private clinic on Harley Street (close to Baker Street and Bond Street tube stations) with a competitive salary.

The clinic is highly specialised, independently owned, with state-of-the-art facilities, and is dedicated to providing the best-personalized healthcare with expertise in eye surgery and medical care. As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients in the reception, registration, and cashiering areas.

Private Clinic Medical Receptionist hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary up to £30k (maximum £35k depending on experience), 23 days of holidays

Private Medical Receptionist Responsibilities

- Liaising with patients over the phone and via email to book appointments

- Managing up to 3 clinic diaries, taking payments, advising on treatment plans, and dealing with any issues that arise

- The Medical Receptionist will also be required to take on administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, stocktaking, and scheduling building maintenance appointments as and when they are needed.

To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to the patients

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar private clinic or hospital

- Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
