We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Sales sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Media Sales professional looking for more responsibility to join a growing agency at an exciting time.

Hybrid working after probation, 1 day from home a week

Salary: £35,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £50,000)

Media Sales’ Core Duties

  • Work closely with the directors to develop a develop a sales strategy for all inbound sales
  • Research the marketing and generate ideas to attract new leads
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Prioritise all sales leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle with all clients

Media Sales’ Skills Required

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven experience with B2B sales
  • Experience working on small to large corporate accounts
  • Ability to close leads over the phone, email and video
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - capable of building good connections
  • Good CRM experience
  • Able to work independently and manage own targets and workflow
  • Experienced managing multiple projects and leads
  • Highly motivated and ambitious
