Mechanical Supervisor SSSTS

Pyramid8 is delighted to be supporting a local building services group, that’s in its third decade of trading. As an established firm and a leader in its industry, its portfolio boasts several high street retails brands throughout the U.K. Due to business growth, they are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor SSSTS to join its Mechanical Department.

Your main responsibilities as a Mechanical Site Supervisor SSSTS are:

• Managing the day-to-day site activities on the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
• Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public.
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
• Selecting tools and materials.
• Making safety inspections and ensuring all are working in a safe manner in accordance with the company and client procedures.
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
• Finding ways to prevent and solve problems that may arise on site.
• Completing the documentation in the project site file.

To be considered for the role you must hold:

• SSSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid

Hold NVQ level 2 or higher in HVAC systems
