Mechanical Quality Inspector nights

Mechanical Inspector (Night Shift) / Warwick / £18.90ph (inc shift) - Contract

Are you a skilled Mechanical Inspector looking for a new opportunity? Join our client's team in the motorsport and aerospace industries, where you'll play a crucial role in validating high-quality motorsport components.

Location / Hours:
You'll be based close to Warwick 4 nights per week, Monday - Thursday 9:15pm to 7am. You'll need to be able to drive there. Free parking available.

Mechanical Inspector Responsibilities

• Validate high-quality transmission components and casings.
• Operate Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines efficiently.
• Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical measuring skills and CMM machine usage.
• Understand engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.

Mechanical Inspector Requirements

• Proven experience of using hand-held measuring tools for inspection
• Confident ability to read complex engineering drawings to a high standard
• Experience working with CMM machines is ideal but not essential (Mitutoyo)
• Own transportation to complete required NS hours.
• Full right to work in UK
