Are you a Project Manager with a background in M&E / Building Services, looking for a highly progressive role within a forward-thinking company which has recently won awards for it's rapid growth, where you will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, and help to lead and develop more junior project managers, directly adding value to an end-to-end provider of M&E services, with the ability for excellent progression?

Are you seeking an autonomous role, where you will benefit from a high degree of flexibility, working with leading clients in Retail, such as Tesco, M&S and Argos, supplying them with technically advanced, sustainable solutions within a mechanical capacity, whilst benefitting from ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring you can reach your full potential?

The company are a market leader in their sector, with a turnover exceeding £90 million across the group. They are growing considerably in their M&E department, providing a holistic service to clients which incorporates design, surveying and planning. They specialise in providing technically advanced and sustainably focused solutions.

You will be in a key role, ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget, working closely with internal teams such as Design, Commercial and Operations, as well as client side. You will also assist with the ongoing training, mentorship and management of Junior / Intermediate Project Managers as the team continues to grow.

The role:

• Manage a range of fast-paced projects, from design to completion, for clients within Retail. Typically working on projects from £10,000 - £5 million
• Produce scopes of works from client briefs / drawings
• Attend site to complete site surveys throughout the duration of the project
• Manage some commercial aspects of projects, working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Estimators
• Manage ongoing KPI's and project costs throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Manage, mentor and train junior and intermediate project managers

The person:

• Mechanical Project Manager, with a background in M&E / Building Services / HVAC
• Ideally SMSTS qualified
