Mechanical engineer

We have a current opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in South East London. For further information about this position please apply.

Job purpose.

To carry out maintenance of the Heating and Ventilation systems and associated plant. To assist in general gas and electricity services maintenance & incident reporting. To issue relevant permits to work, induct & manage contractors working on college campus.

Maintenance

Operation and maintenance of heavy electrical/mechanical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment including large supply and exhaust fans and motors and associated water cooled chiller units.

Servicing of Heating and Ventilation systems and catering equipment.

Pipe fitting and plumbing experience.

General electrical experience-skills.

Building services.

BMS systems access.

Cooling tower maintenance.

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

£40,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
