Mechanical Engineer - Robotics Design

Newton Colmore is partnered with a start-up biotechnology company in London, and we are helping them find an experienced mechanical engineer to join their growing team.

The company are developing a novel biotechnology product that solves problems by combining complex detection technology and robotics. You will be joining their systems development team and utilise your mechanical engineering and robotics experience to design robust mechanisms from initial design phase, through testing, and readying for manufacture.

You will be joining a team of engineers and scientists who are all aiming to develop a world class biotechnology product.

This is a vital role for this company and so it's important for them to find the right person for their team, especially someone who enjoys working in start-ups.

We are looking for a mechanical engineer who has experience with designed either life sciences instruments or medical devices that utilise mechatronics and robotics. This will be complemented by experience with certification, batch manufacture, and scaled manufacture phases of development.
