Our client, a designer and manufacturer of electro-mechanical machinery, seek to appoint a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead delivery on major projects. Provided is an excellent base salary, generous benefits, and the autonomy to complete projects as you see fit within agreed company procedures and customer deadlines.

Mechanical Design Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Machinery, HND/Degree, Mechanical Engineering, Inventor, Solidworks, SolidEdge

- Effectively manage design projects to meet customer deadlines
- Provide a consistent high quality service for 3D CAD design
- Adopt an innovative approach to offer maximum value for customers and shareholders
- Ensure projects stay on budget and in line with pre-agreed KPIs

Mechanical Design Engineer - Skills and Experience - Machinery, HND/Degree, Mechanical Engineering, Inventor, Solidworks, SolidEdge

- Prior experience as a Design Engineer
- HND / Degree qualified in mechanical engineering or similar
- Substantial CAD experience with 3D modelling
- Minimum 5 years experience evaluating customer enquiries to provide deliverable technical specifications
