Mathematics teacher for secondary schools

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in secondary education. You will play a crucial role in inspiring and equipping students with essential skills and knowledge, preparing them for academic success and future endeavour's.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed Teacher to become part of our team in Preston, who can provide support to students in KS3 and KS4. The daily pay rate for this position ranges from £155 to £230, depending on your experience, qualifications, and teaching level.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
• Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
• Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
• Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
• Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
• Set homework and mark promptly
• Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
• Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy and procedures
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum
• Punctual and reliable

Personal Attributes:

• You will have a genuine passion for teaching
• Experience up to key stage 3/4
• QTS/PGCE equivalent
• Be flexible and committed
