Are you an experienced Material Controller? Do you have extensive experience in maintaining the smooth running of production, ensuring the movement of stock/planning is carried out effectively? If so, we are working with a client who are global a manufacturing business in the Automotive Sector who supply the biggest Car brands in the world. They are looking for a Materials Controller efficiently communicate with suppliers and be responsible for planning. Please see below for more detail.

Material Controller
Job Description
  • Compiling both EDI forecasts for raw materials ,BOPS, masterbatches and paint stocks
  • Placing Purchase Orders with Suppliers
  • Raising daily material request pick sheets
  • Consistently monitoring Deliveries against current stock and daily checking of Deliveries into distribution centre
  • Controlling Stock movements from warehouse to various manufacturing sites in the UK

Material Controller
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Worked in an engineering and manufacturing environment
  • Experience with an ERP/MRP system
  • Planning/Materials control expertise
