Master Data Executive

The role of the the Master Data Executive will undertake full ownership and responsibility for various aspects of SAP - Master Data Administration.

Location - Near Aldershot

Salary - Up to £37k plus benefits (Bonus & Hyrbid working)

The role and responsibilities of the role will be -

SAP Master Data management in relation to Customer accounts, Material and Pricing setup and maintenance for Connector division.

Work with cross departments on customer set-ups.

Ensure all requirements and processes are adhered to prior to build

Regular maintenance of data

Work with various teams to maintain materials in the system with accurate info such as country of origin, commodity codes, lead times, storage locations, box quantities

Provide support for Connector Business with price setup and maintenance

Pricing control: ensure that all price changes are reflected in SAP. Setting and maintaining validity periods, annual price uploads.

Raise new vendor requests

Process credit / debit/returns in SAP system accurately

The ideal candidate for the role will have -

SAP working experience , particularly Master data transactions
Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
Customer/Vendor EDI experience
Previous work experience in supply chain with good understanding of supply chain processes
