Master Data Analyst
Salary: Up to £26,000 with Excellent Development Prospects

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for precision? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where accuracy is paramount? If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team as a Master Data Analyst.

Job Purpose Summary:
As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business requests for master data maintenance. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all master data processes in accordance with internal standards, SLAs, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the creation, update, and archival/deletion processes for all master data, including vendors, customers, and branches.
* Verify the authenticity of supplier bank details to maintain data integrity.
* Prepare and validate data for mass updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and train end users on new processes.
* Identify and recommend solutions to address master data issues effectively.
* Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the finance team and troubleshoot payment run errors from a master data perspective.

Experience:
* 1-2 years' experience in master data maintenance, preferably within a finance department.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Proficient in English, with additional European language skills being advantageous.
* Strong computer literacy, including MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/Finance systems.
* Familiarity with working in environments with SOX and/or SOP requirements.
* Proactive and able to work well under pressure, with a hands-on attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork.
