Due to an exciting growth phase a opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Manager, experienced in leading marketing efforts and brand awareness.

About the company:

  • Multimillion pound turnover business providing PPE into numerous industries.
  • Designing and manufacturing market leading products worldwide.

Marketing Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract potential B2B clients, within business goals and objectives.
  • Managing and directing the marketing team of two, with a collaborative and high performance approach.
  • Managing lead generation strategies such as telemarketing, digital marketing, email campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Overseeing communication channels, including website content, social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives.
  • Monitoring campaign performances, and ownership of marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations which showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions.

Marketing Manager Experience & Skills needed:

  • Experience within a similar role, ideally with a focus on B2B lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Analytical approach.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • £48-50K basic salary.
