Are you an experienced Marketing Professional looking for your next challenge, or are you ready to take the next big step in your marketing career? We have an excellent opportunity to join our team where you will play a crucial role across our recruitment and training business as a Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will develop and implement the marketing strategy for both Zenith People and Zenith Training, create engaging content, and lead our Marketing team. You will work closely with the management and sales team to support with the growth the business, by attracting new customers and raising our profile.

The role responsibilities:

  • Formulation and implementation of Zenith’s marketing strategy
  • Creation of marketing schedule/calendar based on overarching strategy which drives day-to-day and campaign activity.
  • Building upon Zenith’s brand presence and perception - focussing on the North East region.
  • Leadership, management and support of marketing team.
  • Managing external agency/partner relationships.
  • Generation of creative ideas for campaigns, video content, blogs, PR, merchandise, etc. to drive engagement across will channels on a B2B and B2C basis
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Producing value-adding content
  • Managing Zenith People and Zenith Training websites
  • Using 'insight marketing’ and related marketing activity
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
  • Supporting the development of Zenith’s employer brand
  • Keeping up to date with the latest techniques and trends
  • Delivering against internal standards and procedures
  • Attending networking and other events

The person we’re looking for:

  • Qualified in marketing, media, graphic design or related discipline
  • At least four years of experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments
  • HubSpot experience would be preferable
  • Creative and eager to keep up with the latest in marketing thinking
  • Experienced in using graphic design software
  • Strong communicator
  • Organized and able to coordinate activity across several areas of the business
  • Keen researcher
  • Maintains high standards and has a consistent approach
  • Innovative approach
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of social media channels
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically
