My client is a leading player in the hospitality industry, known for its exceptional service and commitment to guest satisfaction. I am currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility, increasing bookings, and engaging effectively with their target audience. You’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies that align with  business goals. This role encompasses various aspects of marketing, including campaigns, social media, and communications.

The job

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand, services, and offerings.
  • Manage social media channels.
  • Create compelling content for digital platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

The person specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (at least 2 years) in marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics software.
