Personnel Selection are pleased to be working with a family-owned business based in Bognor, who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an innovative business, with origins from around 30 years ago and an interesting growth story. 

This Marketing Manager will have ultimate responsibility for delivering the company's marketing strategy across a range of campaigns, plans and initiatives. If you are an organised, creative and committed marketing professional this role could be for you. This role offers scope for development. 

The client is looking for someone on a full time basis and can be flexible with start and finish times. There could be a hybrid arrangement agreed for the right candidate, and this would be after completion of successful probation and training.

Marketing Manager Requirements
  • Marketing Manager experience with particular skills in marketing OR managerial.
  • Organised & creative.
  • Able to collaborate with sales managers.
  • Ability to lead a team of outsourced marketing professionals.
  • Manage the budget.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver the marketing strategy.
  • Manage brand voice and vision.
  • Report and analyse performance.
  • Coordinate marketing events.
  • Create and maintain marketing documents.
  • Manage web presence and marketing assets.
