Marketing Manager - B2B

We are seeking a demand generation experienced B2B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for an organisation who supplies products across a number of commercial sectors. The organisation is well regarded in its sector, offering a strong brand name and products well regarded for quality and innovation.

This role is to lead the marketing team. You will work closely with internal teams and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract potential B2B clients while developing the brand supporting wider business goals.

Key Tasks

  • Provide management and direction to the marketing team
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting B2B clients
  • Leverage channels such as telemarketing, digital marketing, email campaigns, events, and partnerships
  • Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets aligned with business goals Manage and report on the Marketing Budget ensuring maximum ROI
  • Measure and analyse lead generation for continuous improvement and increased ROI.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for lead generation
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create Account Based Marketing plans
  • Oversee all communication channels, including website content, social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing communications with product launches, promotions etc
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations, and other assets tailored to B2B audiences, showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Work closely with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets and website developments.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and market trends to proactively adjust branding strategies as needed.

The ideal candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and campaign management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
