This a very exciting opportunity to join a Global Leader in Electric Vehicles who are launching in the UK. The role is for an experienced Marketing Manager who will initially report to the UK General Manager and will play a key part in the creation and delivery of the UK marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • A hands-on role, with full budget responsibility/accountability and eventual expansion/development of a Marketing team as and when additional sites/stores are opened.
  • Identify target customers, developing a voice and image for our brand, selecting marketing tools, and setting long and short-term goals for their teams.
  • Executing company brand and performance marketing strategies in UK, including an effective go-to-market process for all new product introductions, digital marketing, ecommerce, marketing translations, paid media, CRM, social media, artist marketing, PR/Comms, and retail partner marketing.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing planning and activity in UK.
  • Collaborate with sales team and work closely with the General Manager to align the marketing strategies with corporate goals and values.
  • Support the General Manager on the marketing budget, assisting with financial procedures and participate in strategic planning and budgeting for UK business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field
  • Ideally you will have 5 years’ experience in marketing and experience in the automobile (or similar) industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing advertising platform campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Understanding and knowledge of a sales and marketing operation
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work under pressure

The role will be Hybrid and the brand new head office is based in London with occasional travel to other sites as they open in the UK.
