Senior Marketing Executive/Lead - Office Based - £80k - Tech/SaaS

Wundertalent is working with an innovative SaaS company at the forefront of digital transformation. Their platform offers cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses worldwide. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to amplify their presence and drive the growth strategy.

Role Overview:

As the company prepares to take their new SaaS product to market, you will be at the helm of the marketing efforts, crafting strategies that elevate the brand, engage target audiences, and generate leads. Your expertise will guide the marketing team in executing campaigns that highlight their unique value proposition, demonstrating creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a high return on investment.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns against ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Lead or similar role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment. - Essential
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and content management systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
